Sorouh confirms AED 420 m Sas Al Nakhl Phase 2 residential development on schedule
Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate developer, Sorouh Real Estate, announced that following the successful completion and 100% occupancy of Phase 1 of its Sas Al Nakhl Residential Development, Phase 2 of the project is on-schedule for completion and villas will be available for rent in early 2008.
Phase 2 which is valued at AED 420m, is located alongside Phase 1, near to the Abu Dhabi Golf Club in the area of Al Raha. It consists of 484 villas with a clubhouse featuring full recreational facilities including squash and tennis courts, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas and steam rooms.. The, 131,889 square meter site will also include shops and its own Mosque. The villas range from 3 – 5 bedrooms and come in 8 different layouts. The development had been designed to provide residents with an environment that offers that ultimate in serenity and tranquility.
