Sorouh relocates sales office, Sets up toll-free number

Sorouh Real Estate has strengthened its marketing and sales program by hiring additional staff, relocating its sales centre and establishing a toll-free number that will provide customers with instant response to enquiries. Sorouh, which is developing several prestigious real estate projects in Abu Dhabi, said it has made considerable progress in selling space and property.

Sorouh Real Estate's CEO, Mounir Haidar said the company took these initiatives to cope effectively with the huge volume of enquiries from customers and prospective buyers. "There has been considerable interest in our flagship project Shams Abu Dhabi, its Sky Tower and the Abu Dhabi Golf Gardens, which will be major landmarks in the capital," he said.

"Sorouh has transferred its sales center from Abu Dhabi Golf Club to its main headquarters located in Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street in Abu Dhabi. Haidar said that the real estate market is showing considerable interest in the 83-storey Sky Tower, which is 379 meters high.  It will be the highest tower in Abu Dhabi and among the 15 tallest commercial and residential towers in the world.

“As part of the Shams Abu Dhabi Gate project, the Sky Tower is located within a special economic zone where non-UAE citizens can buy real estate based on a 99-year lease. Sorouh’s projects in these zones will also be available for UAE citizens and companies registered inside and outside the UAE,” Haidar continued.  “Sorouh has signed a memorandum of understanding with a number of financial institutions to help citizens and residents to invest in the company’s projects.”

With regards to the Golf Gardens project, Haidar stated that the new project will have a number of villas that will overlook the Abu Dhabi Golf Course, considered to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in the UAE.

The project comprises three sizes of detached homes: 14 villas with floor areas of 577 square meters; 275 villas with floor areas ranging between 330 square meters and 434 square meters; and 100 family homes with floor areas ranging between 235 square meters and 300 square meters.  The project will also include upscale entertainment facilities such as luxurious restaurants overlooking the swimming pool, as well as a fitness centre and squash and tennis courts.
