Star Giga awards AED30 million contract to LG for Smart Home solutions

Global and regional digital leader LG Electronics has won a AED30 million contract from Star Giga, a joint venture between Mazyood Giga and ETA Star, to deploy its HomNet smart home technology in Goldcrest Dreams 3, Ajman’s first ‘smart building’.

As per the terms of the contract, LG HomNet will deploy its Home and Community management solutions for the project, billed to further underline the growing importance of smart home solutions in the booming real estate market in the GCC.

Kim, President of LG Electronics – Middle East and Africa. “With more and more developers bringing diversity into their projects, LG HomNet is well-positioned to support the market and grow its business in this niche sector.”

Goldcrest Dreams 3, the first smart project in Ajman, comprises of ultra-modern residential towers fully furnished with contemporary furniture. The project is equipped with LG HomNet's home management solutions offering safe and efficient living. The new residential project features fully equipped one, two and three-bedroom apartments, offering buyers a unique opportunity to experience an unrivalled lifestyle.

LG HomNet offers home solutions such as access control at the household and common entrances, notifications of visitors during the absence of the owners, and many other unique and convenient features.
