A listing agreement was inked Monday between Bahrain Stock Exchange and Al Khaleej Development Co, ‘Tameer’ to list the latter’s shares on the BSE as a public shareholding company. Fouad Rashid, BSE Director and Mohammed Al Tawash, CEO of Tameer, signed the agreement, reported Bahrain Tribune.
Tameer, which was listed on the BSE as a closed company in September 2003, has recently finalised a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) to increase its capital from $44 million to $50 million with oversubscription of 265 per cent.
The company which complies to Islamic rules, practises a wide rage of property activities in Bahrain and other GCC states. Those activities include property consultancy, property management, property evaluation and design.
