The Chairman of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Mehmet Yildirm Tuesday held talks with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Chairman and board members at the start of his official visit to Bahrain.
The Turkish Ambassador, Hilal Baskal and other officials were also present during the meeting held at the BCCI premises.
Yildrim discussed the possibilities of boosting cooperation in trade, investment and commercial sectors under the umbrella of both chambers.
“Turkey is keen to enhance cooperation in all vital sectors with the Kingdom of Bahrain,” he said, according to the Bahrain Tribune.
The ICC delegation will take part in the Second Turkish Products Exhibition in Bahrain, to be held from Wednesday till May 22 at the Gulf International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gulf Hotel. (menareport.com)
