UAE: Real estate firms offered help to woo investors
Real estate firms looking to gain a competitive edge in the UAE property market are being offered help to woo investors by a new lifestyle management company. Launched in Dubai recently, Club Concierge has unveiled hospitality and relocation services for property agents as an incentive to attract high-value clients.
The Club Concierge team will arrange a seamless, leisure-orientated schedule for clients’ visits as well as providing a complete relocation package.
Early levels of interest indicate high demand from businesses requiring more time to focus on their clients’ property needs without compromising the quality of before and after-sales service.
“People in the property market see our services as an excellent incentive tool to attract new buyers,” said Tracy Burt, managing partner, Club Concierge. “The investors get to see Dubai’s full potential, both in terms of the real estate and the leisure activities on offer.”
While the ‘Elite Hospitality’ service can include anything from restaurant bookings to an afternoon charter on a luxury yacht, Club Concierge’s relocation package helps buyers settle in by providing a dedicated personal assistant to support busy executives and their families.
The service can be tailored to the individual’s requirements and can even include sourcing the best schools or completion of time-consuming tasks such as electricity and water connections.
For visiting clients keen to discover Dubai and its surroundings the Club Concierge team can arrange helicopter tours over the city, excursions to surrounding Emirates or trips on a chartered yacht complete with crew and catering.
Sporty types can request an appointment with a golfing professional to practise their swing at one of Dubai’s top golf courses and Club Concierge can also research where they can participate in other favourite sporting activities.
The launch of Club Concierge comes after two years of research, including a thorough vetting of Dubai’s service providers. “We always ensure we work with the best,” confirmed Burt. “We won’t tie ourselves to any individual service providers, nor do we rely on commission from our preferred partners as our objective is always to find the best option to suit the individual’s needs.”
