Kuwait's United Real Estate Company (UREC) is set to hold negotiations regarding the sale of 45% of one of its subsidiaries in Lebanon, AL-Rosha, according to what was announced by Kuwait stock exchange and reported in the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Watan on September 27.
UREC was founded in 1973 in accordance with the Amiri decree issued on 4/4/1973 as a Kuwaiti shareholding company located in the heart of the state of Kuwait, where the paid capital at that time was KD 4078736 and the nominal capital KD 7 million.
UREC is also negotiates for purchase 45% of one of the Lebanese holding companies, Aafaq (Horizons) Holding Company.
