Yemen and the Netherlands signed on Saturday two new agreements of technical cooperation for supporting the private sector.
Under the agreements, the Dutch government will provide Yr 910 million for enhancing the structural efficiency of the Authority for Rural Water Projects, and restoring 32 water projects in Taiz, Ibb, Abyan, Hodeida and Hajja, SABA reported.
The would-be restored projects will bring an advantage to 96,730 persons, it added.
The Authority for Rural Water Projects will assist in expanding the water monitoring network.
