The Yemeni artist Arwa is getting ready to start filming a new clip for her new Khaliji “Gulf countries dialect” song called “Sawad Al Ein” (The Blackness of the Eye). Arwa chose the song from her latest album called “Ghasben Anak” (You Are Compel To).
Arwa will be filming the new clip in the few weeks to come in order to have it ready for airing on satellite music channels during the month of March. Arwa will be working for the first time with the Lebanese director Walid Nasif.
According to the London daily Elaph, Arwa received great feedback from the video clip of her song “Ghasben Anak” which holds the same title as her album and the song became a successful hit on many Arab music satellite channels. The song is romantic and emotional, where there is rhyme between the song and the picture.
It is needless to say that Arwa is one of the artists that accomplished great success during the year 2009.
