One of the highest rating series this Ramadan, Awan El Ward (Time of Flowers) will end its story in an episode that will be a surprise to its actors as much as it is to the audience, according to Kalam El Nas magazine.

According to the Egyptian publication, the creator of the series, which stars Yusra and Hisham Abdul Hamid, wanted to make sure that the great ending wouldn’t leak to outside sources; namely, the media.

Therefore, Wahid Hamed has decided to refrain from giving his actors the script for the final episode until shooting time.

However, some of the storyline has already leaked.

Symbolically, Awan El Ward targets serious issues, such as unity between Egyptian people and the Arab world, the reality of religious terrorism in Egypt as well as the strength of love.

So far, many Arabs throughout the region have tuned in every night to watch Yusra and Hisham fall in love.

Amal, played by Yusra, is a successful 33-year-old employee who gets married to a handsome and charismatic 38 year old police detective called Mahmoud.

The couple lives a great love story before marriage. However the trouble starts when Amal goes into the hospital to have their first child. The baby is kidnapped.
