Lebanese singer Carole Samaha held her first concert in America with the famous Lebanese singer George Wasoof on May 24 at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The concert was a great success, drawing a large number of the Arab community to see their beloved singers.
According to the London daily Elaph, the tour, organized by the art producer Yousif Harb had to be changed a number of times. Lebanese singer Melhim Zain was scheduled to be on the American tour with Wasoof and Samaha, but he was not granted a visa to enter the United States in time.
Singer Shatha Hasoon who was supposed to accompany Wasoof on his Montreal tour, but the security crisis in Lebanese forced the airport to close making it impossible for Shatha to leave.
