The beginning of the New Year for young Egyptian actor Ahmad Al Fishawi, son of prominent Egyptian actor Farouq Al Fishawi, looks to have started on the wrong foot as he awaits his first court hearing on January 6, for the lawsuit filed against him by 26-year-old interior designer Hind Al Hinawi. Hind is demanding that Ahmad declare his marriage to her and admit being the father of her three-month old baby daughter Lina.
According to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />London based Elaph, Ahmad who is 23 years old was put on the spot when he was accused of unlawfully marrying Hind. The interior designer came out with the shocking news after finding out she was pregnant with Ahmad’s baby. Both Ahmad and his celebrity parents Farouq and Somaya Al Ulfi have denied all accusation against him.
Hind Al Hinawi has delivered a baby girl and she named her "Lina." The fishawi’s want nothing to do with the baby girl. They believe that the Hind’s family are there to ruin their reputation and ask for money.
The mother of the baby wants nothing from Ahmad only to have him accept the girl as his daughter and to giver her a divorce. Since the Fishawi’s want nothing to do with the baby, Hind’s family went to civil court to look into the case. The court will decide on the 6th of January weather "Lina" is Ahmad legitimate daughter or not. Hind’s father has asked for a DNA sample from the baby to see if she is really Ahmad’s daughter or not.
