Dina filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Hussam Abu Al Fateh for violating her rights while she was married to him and making pornography films of her without her knowledge. Dina stressed that she intends to take Hussam to court for the fact that it is against the law for a man to film his wife in such an indecent circumstance.
According to the Egyptian daily Akhbar Elyoum, Dina said she is sure to win the case against him for the fact that she was married to him. When asked if she has a copy of the marriage contract, Dina said no and that the two had tore the contract when they divorced.
In a phone interview the daily asked the dancer how she plans to file a complaint if she has no written evidence of her secret marriage to Hussam. Dina replied, “Hussam admitted that we were married secretly at the court, and I will use that to win my case against him”. With regards to the videotape Dina admitted to its existence and also said she had watched it and was shocked to see the contents of it saying that he had no right to film her in such a state and later release the tape to the public.
Dina is hoping that Hussam will confess to their secret marriage in front of the Judge. She added that she would clear her name once the acknowledgment of her marriage to him is made public. Dina believes that his statements are her key to putting the scandal behind her and going on with her life.
Hussam who has been indicted by the Cairo Security Court is involved in a number of scandals with dancers and wives of famous figures. He also faces charges for possession of illegal spying devices that he has used to record women in inappropriate circumstances and then using what he had recorded to blackmail them.
Late last year rumors circulated that Dina had left Cairo-Egypt and ran-off to hide away in Paris-France after her involvement in pornographic videotapes was revealed. A number of videotapes were found in a businessman’s, Hussam Abu Al Fateh, apartment containing obscene and provocative scenes of her. –Albawaba.com
