Prominent Lebanese singer Fadel Shaker is currently in Morrocco, where he is holding a grand performance in Casablanca. The singer had refused to hold a press conference before the concert, due to the fact that he was too exhausted and wanted some time to relax.
Rumors have it that the singer received a wage of 60 thousand US dollars for his performance, but the sponsors of the event refused to confirm the news and simply stated that he will be given a similar amount that is given to other performers.
Fadel has recently participated in the Seventh Annual Doha Festival, marking his fourth time. Fadel is known to be the most Lebanese singer to participate in the festival since its beginning.
Fadel enjoys great popularity in the Gulf countries, and this fame is mostly due to his romantic style. The last time Fadel took part in the festival was two years ago alongside Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zoughbi.
The singer is in the process of finalizing the recording of the songs for his upcoming album scheduled for release in the very near future.
