The famous Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbe said that she turned down all offers presented to her to sing during the holy month of Ramadan.
Haifa also told her producer Muhsin Jaber that she wants to take a break during the holy month, because she does not believe it is right to sing during the month of worship.
Haifa recently hosted a massive live concert at the Carthage Festival in Tunisia. Fans crowded to see her, dancing to her music and singing the words to her old and new songs.
At the end of the concert that lasted till the morning hours fans surrounded her car to take photographs and request her autograph.
