The famous Kuwaiti co-host Halima Poland appeared on television in a new entertainment show called “Mosalsalat Halima” (Halima’s Drama Series) which is being aired on “MBC” satellite channel during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the London daily Elaph, Halima’s new show is a guessing game show featuring questions about various Arab drama series. Every episode features clips from the various drama series to help the viewers answer the questions.
On the first episode of Halima’s game show, she imitated the character “Um Isam” from the famous Syrian drama series “Bab Al Harah” (The Neighborhood Gate). And on the second episode she played the famous Egyptian actress “Yusra” from the television drama series “Qadyat Rai’ Aam” (The Public Case).
The contestants are allowed five minutes to answer the questions, and are awarded great prizes if correct.
The length of Halima’s show was increased due to the large volume of callers.
