Famous Egyptian artist Hisham Abbas returned to Egypt once again after spending a few days in Beirut to film two new songs from his new and upcoming album with the director Tareq Al Aryan.
According to the London daily Elaph, Abbas is thinking of releasing one of the filmed songs as a solo single and the second song will be included in the new album.
On the other hand, Abbas announced that he’ll be returning to the music field during the summer of 2009 and will be launching a new album around that time. He also added that the new album will include either 8 or 10 different songs.
The songs that Abbas will include in the new album are “Ma Tbatalish” (Don’t Stop), “Waqif Ya Zaman” (Time Standstill), “Hajah Gharibah” (Something Strange) and “Aghla Min Al Ain” (More Precious Than My Eyes).
Abbas had worked with a number of great poets, composers and distributers like Muhammad Yehya, Muhammad Al Nadi, Toma and Tareq Madkour, Ayman Bahjat Qamar, Aziz Al Shaf’ie and Rami Jamal.
