May Iz Al Deen in distress

The young Egyptian actress May Iz Al Deen will play the leading role in a new film that has yet to be named.  Muhammad Diab will direct the film about a poor young woman that becomes a taxi driver.  She faces harsh problems in her life, causing her severe psychological distress.


According to the London daily Elaph, May is still filming the new movie “Noor Aini” (The Light of My Eye), also staring the Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny.

 

“Noor Aini” is scheduled to be screened in movie theaters this summer season.


 May will also begin filming the television drama series “Qadiyat Safyeh” (Safyeh’s Case).  She recently played the leading role in the television series “Bint Bnoot”.


May’s last film “Habibi Na’man” (My Love Sleeping) was not a success.
