The young Egyptian actress May Iz Al Deen started filming the new television drama series “Qadyet Safyeh” (Safyeh’s Case).
According to the London daily Elaph, May said that the new series will be a surprise for viewers, since she will play the leading role of a country girl.
May said that she did not rush the filming process to have the series ready for the upcoming Ramadan season, and that she took time to prepare for her role.
“Qadyet Safyeh” also stars Tareq Lutfi and Ahmad Al Sadani. The scenario is written by Ayman Salameh and directed by Ahmad Shafiq. May last appeared in the successful film “Omar aand Salma 2” with Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny.
