Maysam and Roudy naughty and adorable

Lebanese music artist Maysam Nahas filmed a video clip for her new song “Mahdom” (Adorable) that holds the same title as her new album. The music channel ‘Rotana’ will exclusively start airing the new clip on its satellite music channel in the upcoming few days.

The filming lasted for two day at different sites in Lebanon. “Mahdom” is written by Kamal Qabisi and composed by Yehya Al Hasan; however, the video clip was directed by the daring Lebanese director Fadi Haddad.

 According to the London daily Elaph, Maysam describes Fadi Haddad as a very talented director and he’s careful with his work, where his work is liked by various types of Arab audiences. The clip revolves around Maysam’s son Roudy and this is the first time that her son appears in a clip. Maysam insisted on including him in the clip since the story of the clip is about the relationship between a mother and her son. Despite the fact that it is the first time that Roudy stands in front of the camera his talent surprised Maysam and Fadi Haddad.

 Maysam points out that Roudy is talented like his parents and that he’s a smart and outgoing kid. She adds that she didn’t want to use another kid in her video clip so when her son sees the clip he won’t be jealous since the kid is the main focus in the clip.

 The story of the clip is about a relationship between a mother and her son when he leaves her for the first time and goes to school. The clip is done in a very simple and natural manner.
