Egyptian singer Medhat Saleh just finished recording the songs for his latest album scheduled to be released in stores in the next two months, according to the London daily Elaph.

Poet Nabil Khalaf wrote most of the songs, and Saleh is working with Lebanese composer Samir Safir on the song “Sit Al Husin” (Ms Beauty) and with Khalil Mustafa on the song “Ana Wad Rasam” (I’m A Painter).

Saleh worked with the Egyptian singer/composer Ali Al Hajar on his last album “Yamama”.

After the great success of the song “Hubak Khatir” (Your Love Is Dangerous), which Saleh filmed and included in the new album, he worked with the same composer Sharif Taj on his new song “Qoltilkom” (I Told You).

Saleh is also working with young composer Muhammad Khalf on the song “Bit’raf” (You Know).

The new album was supposed to be released in stores this past summer; however his mother’s death postponed it till the coming Muslim holiday ‘Eid Al Adha.’

Saleh is very pleased with the new album and happy to be working with Nabil Khalf on this album geared toward younger generations.
