Egyptian actress Muna Zaki is currently preparing to begin filming a new film titled “Aswar Al Qamar” (Fences of the Moon). Filming of the scenes has been scheduled to begin during the month of February.
The film is produced by Waleed Sabri, written by Mohammad Hifthi, and will be directed by Tareq Al Arian.
Muna denied circulating rumors that she has begun wearing a ‘Hijab,’ an Islamic headdress, while attending the closing ceremony of the International Cairo Cinema Festival with her husband, actor Ahmad Hilmi.
Muna even welcomed the opportunity to be photographed at the event with her hair exposed to prove that the rumors are untrue. She does not know who created such a rumor or their aim, said Muna.
