Battle of Beirut: Myriam Klink and Nemr Abou Nassar get nasty

New Lebanese starlet, Myriam Klink, has already come under fire from the country's King of Comedy, Nemr Abou Nassar. The singer has made headlines for her raunchy single '3ntar': Myriam says the song is about her cat but Nemr is convinced it's more 'pussy' than 'cat.'
The comedian took to his Twitter account to mock her new single: "So Myriam Klink's video now has over 22,000 views. OK from now on, I'm going to do my shows dressed provocatively and singing about pussy."
"You are the cutest girl ever! I think it's adorable that you would consider urself a singer and that abomination, a song", he added.
But Myriam hit back by cursing Nemr on her Twitter account in no uncertain terms: "The only bitch is you bitch," she wrote and went on to rip into the comedian as a "gay asshole". In response, Nemr posted a clip to video-sharing site, YouTube to let Myriam know what he really thought about her and other Lebanese singers who exposed more skin than talent.

I'm sorry for the brainless babe but Nemr was quite right in almost everything he said (I was disgusted by his singing voice), we have to aspire to higher artistic levels because what the blonde zombie does is just plain trash. I think Nemr should run for president.

I guess Nemr is one of the rare persons who had the guts to stand up and deliver a truthfull message against the low and bad cultural behavior currently adopted within the Arab World.

I think Nemr couldn't have been more spot on with everything he said. The fact that she thinks she has talent is mortifying. Why are people like her allowed to pollute our TV screens with this kind of trash? It's just sad that she's probably the most talked about topic in social media (in the Arab world) since this morning. Says something about us too..
