The Syrian actress Nora Rahal announced that she has separated from her husband because he is in love with another woman, although she is not sure if the couple will divorce.
Nora said that she and her and her husband still have love and respect for each other.
Nora stars in a new film called “Majnoon Amirah” (Obsessed with a Princess), being screened this “Eid Al Fiter” season. Nora plays the role of the late Princess Diana in the film.
Nora said that the film is not a documentary, since only some elements are based on fact.
The story focuses on a visit late princess made to Egypt, touching on women’s issues, religion and terrorism. The story is about a young man who is in love with the princes to the point of obsession.
“Majnoon Amirah” also stars Mustafa Haridi, Haytem, Shams and Hazem Al Bana and Hisham Abdullah. The story was written by Ashraf Shatyori, the narration written by Mustafa Hatem and it was directed by Enas Al Dighidi. The production of the film is combined between Egyptian Cinema and Five Stars Production Company.
