Lebanese singer Diana Haddad sang for a large number of fans on the Morooj Stage at the Salalah Fall Festival of 2007. Diana sang many of her Lebanese, Khaliji, Algerian and Egyptian variety songs.

When Diana started singing the “Mayjana and Ataba” Lebanese style of singing the famous durmast Samih El Turk came on stage to cheer everyone up. The fans started singing with Diana especially her Lebanese fans that held the flag of Lebanon while singing along.

According to the London daily Elaph, Diana also sang a “mawal” which was prepared hours before her concert. The “Mawal” song was made to praise Salalah and Oman, which led the fans to interact with her.

Diana sang over 12 songs from her old and new songs. She also sang her duet song with the Algerian singer Al Shab Khaled “Masi wa Loli” and instead of Al Cheb Khaled she asked the new rising singer Reem Ghazali from the show “Nijem al Arab” (The Arab Star). Unfortunately, Reem had refused to sing along with Diana, because she doesn’t know the wording of the song. Diana ended up singing the song on her own.

The famous music maestro Hasan Al Husamy came from Lebanon with a number of musicians just to play for Diana Haddad.
