Prominent Iraqi singer Kathem El Saher has been the fans favorite for a decade now, and that came because of his successful selection of his music in terms of words and tunes. The Arab star is about to release his latest album which has been delayed for some time now. However, news surfaced that there are some problems between Kathem and critics, who are waiting for him to fall or make a slight mistake to attack him by all their means.
El Saher expected that in the closing ceremony of the Egyptian TV nights, the star was suffering severe pains but despite that, he went up stage and started singing while being under painkillers effect.
Some people working in the entertainment world have managed to affect the unique relation between prince Waleed Bin Talal , owner of Rotana production company, and Kathem leading matters to evolve to the extent that Kathem’s latest news was not mentioned in any of the press releases by Rotana despite the great accomplishments he is making internationally.
Kathem handed in the master copy of his latest album since July but Rotana is still delaying the release. The album will face problems because the summer season had ended and the album will be released at a very bad timing. Despite all the failed attempt to ruin Kathem’s reputation, fans will always be eager to listen to his new works
Recently, Kathem was forced to stop singing during a private concert for the Egyptian television after a sudden pain in his abdominal. The singer stopped his performance for several minutes and then after regaining his strength resumed singing. The singer apologized to the large audience that came to his performance, but did not reveal why he stopped so suddenly, and then asked the band to restart the song he was singing from the beginning.
Kathem’s performance marks the first time the singer sings live for the Egyptian television after stopping for over three years. The singer had refrained from singing at concerts for the Egyptian television due to the low number of audience and the type of people who came, usually wearing shorts and swimsuits. –Albawaba.com
