Sources close to Syrian singer Huwaida confirmed news circulating about the singer's marriage to an Egyptian engineer, earlier this month.
According to the Kuwaiti daily, Al Watan, Huwaida tied the knot in early October to the Egyptian engineer Mustafa Ra'oof, whom she met during her frequent visits to Egypt. Huwaida, who is currently enjoying her honey moon is Egypt, has recently finished putting the final touches on her coming album, produced by Rotana.
On another hand, Moroccan singer Rajaa' Bel Maleeh flew last week to her home country to deliver her first baby among family and friends.
A source close to the family told Al Watan newspaper that "Rajaa and her husband are extremely pleased to announce the soon-coming of their first baby after the nine-month marriage." The Source added that the singer is planning to stop all her projects for the time being to dedicate her time to the newborn baby.
Rajaa' met her husband, an Egyptian businessman, in one of her concerts in Egypt and got married late last year.
Last February, the renowned singer made a huge success with her album "Sho' Al Ouyune" (Eyes' Longing), produced by Cairo Sound. The album, which included eight songs, came after a three-year absence from the music world. Sources said then that Rajaa’s absence was due to her busyness with the establishment of Telemedia Production Company. – Albawaba.com
