Tamer Hosni’s concert organizer denies press reports

A concert crisis has emerged for the Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosni in the Al-Mansourah area last week in Egypt.
According to the London daily Elaph, the concert organizer Hadi Adel has denied press reports that he did not do a good job planning Hosni’s recent concert. Hosni had to stop performing a half hour after he started his performance after concert goers reported harassment.
On the television program “90 Minutes” Hadi denied these accusations. He also denied that concert goers were fainting because of the large, unexpected number of fans that reached over 100,000.
Hadi said that Hosni sang for the entire hour and a half concert and that concert proceeds were donated to Al Mansourah University.
As for the ambulances that were found on the concert site, Haid that this is a normal occurrence for them to posted in case of emergency.
Hadi said that he will send parts of the taped concert to be aired on various satellite channels to clear the air.
