The trial of retired police officer Muhsin Al Sukari and the famous businessman Hisham Talat, accused of murdering the late young Lebanese artist Suzan Tamim, has begun in Egyptian court.
Muhsin Al Sukari and Hisham Talat have been incarcerated since they were arrested last September.
Al Sukari and Talat assert they are innocent.
Al Sukari is accused of first degree murder and Talat is accused of second degree murder. He is charged with paying Al Sukri to commit the crime.
Before his arrest Talat served as CEO for Talat Mustafa Group, a real estate and construction company in Egypt and the various Arab countries.
Investigators claim that Talat paid Al Sukari a million American dollars to kill the late Lebanese artist after she broke off a romantic relationship with him.
Producer Muhsin Jaber has decided to release an album for the late Lebanese artist. She finished recording some of the album’s songs and the music video clip before she was killed.
The new album, called “Nawyihalo” (I’ll Make Him Pay) and the clip for the song will be released in music stores soon.
It is needless to say that both “Mazika” and “Zoom” satellite music channels will air the video clip.
