Famous Algerian singer Wardah Al Jazairayah was recently a guest on the entertainment show “Tartata,” aired on Dubai satellite channel Sunday nights.
According to the London daily Elaph, the show is presented by the Lebanese host Tony Barood.
The great Syrian artist Asala, Lebanese artist Marwan Khoury and Maha Al Reem appeared on the same episode with Wardah.
Asala said that Wardah is a great symbol in the Arab music world.
Wardah and Asala performed the song “Awqati Btehlaw” (My Moments Are Getting Better” together.
Wardah also performed with the Lebanese artist Maha Al Reem the song “Qalbi Saeed” (My Heart Is Filled with Joy).
Maha Al Reem said that she was honored to stand beside such a great artist in the Arab world.
Artist and composer Marwan Khoury had the privilege of singing one of her greatest songs “Fi Youm Wa Lailah” (In A Day And An Evening) with Wardah. Marwan was speechless as he stood next to one of the greatest legends of the Arab music world.
Marwan also performed his song “Khaynah” (Traitress). Asala performed her song “Dandanah” (Drone) and Maha Al Reem performed “Ma Testaghrabish” (Don’t Wonder).
Wardah concluded the show with one of her greatest hits “Hikayati Ma Al Zaman” (My Story with Time).
