According to the London daily Elaph, the conflict between the Lebanese artist Qamar and the producer Jamal Marwan has reached its peak when Qamar announced through an interview with one of the Emirati magazines that “She Divorced Jamal Marwan”.
The article caused Jamal Marwan great trouble and embarrassment with family and kids. Even though the article was playing with words, yet Qamar meant that she had left working with him. On his behalf Jamal Marwan tried his best to stop the rumors from spreading wider on satellite channels and he managed to take his name out of the article.
The conflicts between Qamar and Jamal Marwan went as far as actual threats. Qamar had sent someone to Jamal Marwan and Ghasan Shartoni’s office in the company “Music Is My Life”, where they were threatened.
She opened fire once again on both Ghasan Shartoni and Jamal Marwan that they cheated and ignored her and did not meet with the contract conditions between them. She said that in the past 15 months they only produced for her only two songs. She said that they are busy planning private parties for the other Lebanese artist Miriam Faris, which are held for rich people from Gulf countries.
In her interview Qamar said some disgusting remarks about Miriam Faris and it is not known till now if Miriam Faris will answer these remarks or will she just ignore them! Through some reliable sources, Qamar’s lawyer was seen at the “Music Is My Life” offices to make some type of settlement between Qamar and Jamal Marwan. It is also expected that Qamar will release an apology for Miriam Faris in the near future.
