Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry have held a second meeting to discuss Tehran's nuclear program on the sidelines of nuclear talks between Israel and six world powers.
“The bowl of sanctions has broken… and [nobody] can return this broken bowl to its previous state,” Rouhani stated.
"Containing inflation is the main economic priority of the government," he said.
