The Special Tribunal handling the trial to prosecute bombers who killed former premier Rafik Hariri will allow prosecutors to show evidence of a deteriorating relationship between Syria President Bashar al-Assad and Hariri as the first stepping stone to demonstrate the possibility of Syria's role in the assassination.
