Blast Rips through Chechen Cafe, One Dead
An explosion on Sunday in a cafe in Chechnya frequented by Russian soldiers killed at least one person, Interfax reported.
The cafe owner, Esila Ambukayeva, died instantly and there were several other victims, according to officials in the town of Chir-Yurt, 30 kilometers (19 miles) south of the capital Grozny, Interfax said.
