UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Friday sharply condemned an arson attack by Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank that killed an 18-month-old Palestinian boy.

President Mahmoud Abbas said he would demand a probe by the International Criminal Courts into a series of attacks against Palestinians by Israeli settlers, including the incident which killed an infant earlier Friday.
