Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Saeid Jalili said on Sunday that Tehran's proposed package over its nuclear file has created a "suitable opportunity for logical dialogue for global peace and security."
Jalili made the remarks in a meeting with Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Kenichiro Sasae in Tehran on Sunday. The countries of the world have welcomed Iran's proposed package, Jalili said, according to IRNA. According to him, Iran's proposed package has a positive look at the issue and has been drawn up based on collective cooperation to urge cooperation in various political, security and economic issues at the regional and international level, Jalili said.
One of the pivotal aspects of the proposed package is to seek global efforts for nuclear disarmament, he said. Iran is now experiencing a political, economic and security stability, Jalili said adding that the country is now enjoying a "democratic, powerful and vibrant government with promising future."
