Luxhabitat consolidates its leadership in the luxury real estate arena
Luxhabitat, UAE's only luxury property brokerage company focused exclusively on properties in excess of five million Dirham, to receive coveted accolade as the 2010 Arabian Property Awards' winners are announced
Those hoping to source the ultimate real estate agents across the Middle East and North Africa would be well advised to start and end their search with the winners of a highly acclaimed property industry competition. The Arabian Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television have just been revealed, putting a number of leading companies firmly under the spotlight. One of these rightly proud winners is Luxhabitat which has won an award in the category of Best Real Estate Website. Winners will be invited to attend a high profile gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on October 26th where they will be presented with their awards.
The event is part of the International Property Awards, the world's most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe. The fact that Luxhabitat has won one of these coveted awards is proof that United Arab Emirates is not only able to compete at this level but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena.
Later this year, top scoring winners from the Arabian Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe & Africa, the UK, the Americas and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World's Best in each category.
Oriol Font, Founder and CEO at Luxhabitat, said, "We are extremely proud to have been announced winners in such a prestigious award competition for the second year in a row and, indeed, at our second participation.
He added, "It is even greater pleasure because Luxhabitat is still a young company - launched last summer- but we are achieving great results despite the current market environment. This is because at this stage the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates has reached a level of maturity where clients are much more focused on quality than before; and this is what Luxhabitat delivers: quality properties, quality service and quality people. We are the only company in the region that is focused exclusively on the higher end of the market and we are managing to build the most exclusive portfolio in the region due to the strong network of high net worth individuals who come to us mostly attracted by our unique approach. This is something that clients appreciate, because the skills needed and the level of service required to work with this level of property is very specific and demanding.
What we care for most is our customer's satisfaction; being professionally supportive, helpful and credible we ultimately aim to get the best testimonials and spread our image through our customers' exclusive word of mouth. Our International Property Award is an extra valuable testimonial asset coming from Property Industry's Prestigious Experts that fuel our passion and hard work in helping exclusive individuals to invest in the region, own their outstanding property and maximize their quality of life."
Much of the judging was carried out by the International Property Awards' esteemed panel of judges at the London offices of Bloomberg Television but entries were also outsourced to leading experts in each particular field throughout the world. This year's judges included Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; Christopher Hall, president elect of FIABCI; Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA); Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australia Institute of Architects, Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine and Sven Johns, CEO of the German Real Estate Association.
