Pafilia Property Developers, voted No 1 in architecture in Europe, will be holding property seminars at the Holiday Inn Kuwait on 5th and 6th November between 15:30-17:30 and 19:00 – 21:00 hours. The company will be showcasing its portfolio of modern and traditional designs from apartments and penthouses to luxury custom build villas located on the European island of Cyprus.

This includes Minthis Hills, one of the finest luxury residential resorts in the Mediterranean. Hidden away in a stunning Cypriot mountainous landscape with sea and golf views, these private residences on an 18 hole golf course have been designed by International architect Woods Bagot of Emirates Towers fame.

According to Michael Aniftos, area manager for the Middle East region at Pafilia Property Developers, "Cyprus is gaining popularity in the Middle East, with large scale investments in final negotiation stages with the Cyprus Government, as well as a growing number of individual property purchases. Viewed as a gateway to Europe and with a warm climate, low humidity, low crime rate, easy accessibility from the Middle East and a very family oriented culture, Cyprus is perfect for a holiday home, for those looking to retire, or as an investment. Pafilia has over 30 years experience in developing in Cyprus and has a range of properties to suit the Kuwaiti buyer, from private exclusive villas to apartments and penthouses right by the sea, like our Emerald development in Limassol."

Pafilia has over 20 offices and over 270 personnel worldwide and works closely with a select number of agents, financial advisors and other partners. Mike Aniftos added, "Quality, professionalism and our family ethos run through everything that we do and the way that we work with our customers and partners. We plan to do the same in Kuwait."
