Syrian Parliament concludes 7th legislative term

The Syrian Parliament ended Monday its seventh legislative term, hailing the policy of economic reform the country has been witnessing.  

 

During the session, Syria’s Parliament Speaker Abdulqader Qaddorah spoke about the parliament's achievements in the past four years, especially in terms of economic reform. 

 

Syria's Prime Minister Muhammad Miro and government members attended the session, according to KUNA.  

 

According to the country's constitution, Syria is to witness elections during the next 90 days for a new Parliament that would last another four years. (Albawaba.com)
