Mansour said that the request draft will also include a date by which the Israeli and the Palestinian delegations must come to an agreement.

His statement to renew negotiations with Israrel comes one day after renewed violence by Palestinians as a young Palestinian woman stabbed an Israeli man on Monday morning, lightly wounding him, as he stood at the Gush Etzion junction in the West Bank, and two weeks after Palestinians killed five people in a terror attack at a Jerusalem synagogue

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said on November 26 that he would be ready to set up a Palestinian State on land he says is only 22 percent of the size it should be, Turkey's Anadolu Agency news reported on Tuesday.

Three days before, Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riad Malki announced that the PA decided to delay its statehood bid at the United Nations Security Council, which was supposed to take place at the end of November.

Malki told the Bethlehem-based Ma’an news agency that the decision to postpone the statehood bid came following US pressure and threats, as well as the failure of the PA to secure the backing of nine Security Council members in favor of the statehood bid.
