'Sad' Ronaldo says he will do his best at Real Madrid

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has played down question marks over his future at the club on his official Facebook page, saying he will play more of his best football at the club, and wants to win many more trophies.
"I would like to reassert, without worrying about contracts, that my attention is fully focused on winning every game and every trophy on offer in the indispensable company of my teammates and all of the Madrid fans," the Daily Express quoted Ronaldo, as saying on his official Facebook account.
Ronaldo was first to arrive at Madrid's club facilities after spending the week with Portugal for the world cup qualifiers.
The Portugal international had fed speculation that he could be hoping for a change from Real Madrid after he said he was unhappy with certain things at the Spanish club. (ANI)
