Tunisian authorities have arrested seven women for posting Daesh propaganda on behalf the Daesh affiliate, Jund al-Khilafa. Jund al-Khilafa launched two attacks earlier this year leaving 60 people dead.

Director-general of Britain's domestic intelligence agency MI5, has cautioned against potential attacks coordinated by Daesh. Daesh's exploitation of technology, the director acknowledged, has challenged the collection of information for the intelligence community.
The countries that have qualified include; Tunisia, Nigeria, Guinea, Ethiopia, Zambia, Angola, Morocco, Gabon, Zimbabwe, DR Congo, Lesotho, Uganda and Mali, who join the hosts Rwanda.
