Cue music: “Reunited and it feels so good”!
Cheb Khaled and Nancy Ajram have a surprise for their fans. The Algerian singer revealed that him and Nancy are working on a new duet, which they’ll be recording in the very near future! Hurray!
The pair’s lively World Cup duet “Shaji’ Hilmak” (Encourage Your Dream) was a total hit with fans and we’re sure this one will be no different.
But Khaled said that this duet comes with a twist! The song is an old and well-known one, which they’ll modernise and make into their own, reported Laha Magazine.
In other news, Khaled said that his recent Egypt concert was one of his most successful ones. He said that he performed while holding the Egyptian and Algerian flags throughout the concert, and was happy to have been able to unite the Arab world even if it was for a short period of time.
But he did so more by joining the hands of the Algerian, Egyptian, Libyan, Tunisian, Moroccan, French and Italian Ambassadors on stage together.
The passionate star said that it’s every Arab citizen’s dream to unite Arab countries and have them become as one tight unit, much like the European Union.
