Efforts to sell the domain with the name of the president of Yemen republic, Ali Abdullah Saleh (www.aliabdullahsaleh.com), are underway at all levels, Yemen Times reported.
The CEO of the site, Sofia Janselme was quoted by the daily as saying the domin name is for sale, starting at $100,000.
She claims that she has been in contact with high ranking officials who are thinking of buying the name for more than this amount.
Janselme said that "it would be a clever move by a businessman who wants to get closer to the president by constructing a website and using it for the president's publicity and promotion of his achievements, personality, etc."
