Bahrain announced Saturday that the distribution of a financial allowance to the nation’s job-seekers will start on June 10, the Bahrain Tribune reported.
The decision comes at the direction of Amir Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who announced earlier this month the plan to finance the nation’s jobless until they find employment.
The undersecretary of labor and social affairs, Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Abdullah, was quoted by the daily as saying that “the names of those who qualify under the provisions of the Amiri grant will be released within two days.”
He said that legal documents such as marriage certificates, CPR cards and bank account numbers would be accepted only through social centers – Albawaba.com
