The Cityscape Dubai 2006 Conference, which is taking place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) on 4-6 December, attracts the most significant investors and developers as well as acclaimed architects and designers in the world. To underscore their market position, Cityscape Dubai has now announced that Ivanka Trump, VP of Development & Acquisitions for the Trump Organization has agreed to speak at the event, in addition to Ivanka’s brother, Donald Trump Jr., who had previously confirmed he would deliver the key opening address.
A guest of Nakheel Hotels, Ivanka is in town to further the rapid overseas expansion of the Trump Organization and will be part of a panel discussing ‘Emerging Trends: New Brands, New Names, New Ideas’. The session will examine the booming regional markets, the major players, their strategies and the risks associated with large scale hotel & resort developments. Property market growth in most mature markets such as the US and Australasia are now experiencing a cooling down period. In contrast the property markets in the Middle East continue to boom.
