The International MasterCard Company announced that it intends to move its Middle Eastern and North African headquarters from Brussels, Belgium, to the Emirate of Dubai. The company added that it would relocate its headquarters to the Dubai Internet City in an effort to promote e-commerce in the Middle East.
MasterCard considers the Middle East and North African region to be one of the company’s five most important markets in the world. The move will therefore provide its regional customers with the latest payment services and financial innovations. —(Albawaba-MEBG)
