The UAE-based Sternon Group and India's Sambhav Royal Developer have tied up under the banner of Siddhivinayak Group to promote their latest project, "Emirates Hills" in Pune, Khaleej Times reported.
The project, located near the Mumbai-Pune Express Highway and National Highway, will offer a host of facilities including a multi-cuisine restaurant, club house with health club, swimming pool, table tennis, card room, pool tables and jogging track.
