The 10-year U.S. Treasury bill has found solid support along with weak resistance over the last months. Currently, the security appears to be bouncing off this buoying foundation and may be headed northward. Since U.S. government bond prices are correlated with risk-aversion, a rallying 10-year note could suggest continued risk-aversion in the domestic and global equity markets.
