During August, there were a total of 100 cash sales during and these were worth AED 863.34 millions, 102 mortgage transactions worth AED 1.47 billions, and 25 donations of land and property worth AED 103.22 millions.
The 100 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of August were spread across 44 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 44.77 million sq. ft.
There were 131 transactions involving the sale of 43.79 million sq. ft of open spaces for a total of AED 1.66 billions . There were 115 transactions involving the sale of 1.25 million sq. ft of build, or developed, land.
